Camp Registration Info

Registration opens Monday, FEBRUARY 17!

You may choose to register online or by paper.    

Online registration is the quickest and easiest way to ensure your camper’s spot in her session of choice. You will need a valid email address and credit card to complete the registration online. Click her to be taken to our online registration page.   

If you choose to register by paper, please print the registration form and mail it, along with your deposit, into your local council office.

All registration forms must be filled out completely. Type or print all information requested on the application. Registrations without parent/guardian signatures cannot be processed.   

All registrations must include a $25 non-refundable deposit.   

If you register online and are requesting financial assistance, please print the assistance form and mail it into your local office as soon as possible. 

If requesting it, financial assistance campership forms and registration forms must be included together in the same envelope. Click HERE for the financial assistance form.   

All confirmations will come by email from Please add this address to your “safe sender” list to ensure delivery of your camper’s confirmation packet. Please allow up to two weeks for confirmation to arrive. If you do not provide an email address, your confirmation packet will be mailed to the address listed on your registration form.

Use this list to make certain you have included everything needed in your registration: 

__ Completed and signed registration form 

__ Campership form, if applying for financial assistance 

__ Cookie Bucks (if applicable) 

__ Appropriate Deposit (Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card Number)
