A National Historic Landmark, the Toltec
Mounds site comprises one of the largest and most impressive archeological
sites in the Lower Mississippi River Valley.
Girls will get a chance to tour the park and complete some badge
requirements along the way! A park interpreter will lead the group on the ¾ mile paved Knapp Trail
that circles around the remaining mounds and an observation deck overlooking
Mound Lake.
