Junior and Cadette
Girl Scouts, join us for the day at Camp Crossed Arrows to learn the basics of
horseback riding! This beginner session will include lessons on how to saddle a
horse, proper safety protocol, proper clothing for riding, and a riding lesson.
Girls will learn to control their horse by practicing stopping, starting, and
turning. Then, let the games begin! Girls will end the session by playing some
games on horseback to test their new skills!
