Girl Scouts-Diamonds partners with schools, existing after school programs and other community organizations to provide every girl the opportunity to be a Girl Scout. Girls participate in a 6-8 month IMAGINE Your STEM Future program that promotes hands-on activities and cooperative learning in hopes of interesting more girls in STEM careers.
Community programs partners are all around our state with sites at the Little Rock Boys and Girls Clubs, Audubon, Siloam Springs Boys and Girls Club and Plant-a-Seed Program in Camden.
Our school partnerships bring curriculum based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls during the day at our area partner schools. These programs are created with your school in mind! The curriculum works alongside the common core curriculum to emphasize what your school is focusing on within the classroom.
Community Programs could not exist without our volunteer base. Volunteers commit to an academic year and receive a 1-2-hour training on the curriculum. This volunteer opportunity is perfect for college students and young professionals seeking to make a significant change within the lives of girls. Visit our volunteer page to complete a volunteer application and background check.
